  • Products that have been opened and used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchase.

8.3 Jewellery, Watches & Accessories

Certain jewellery, timepieces, and home accessories may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

Where applicable:

  • Warranty coverage and duration are defined by the manufacturer.
  • Warranty terms may vary depending on product type and brand.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Manufacturer warranties typically do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches or cosmetic damage
  • Improper use, impact, or water damage (unless explicitly stated as water-resistant)
