Product Return Conditions

Fragrance, Attar & Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations:

  • Fragrances, oil-based attars, and similar personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

If the product arrives defective or damaged, standard defect claims still apply.

Custom, Personalized & Final Sale Items
