Product Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, the product must be:

β Accompanied by all accessories and protective elements
Returns may be rejected if the product shows:

β Missing packaging components
Fragrance, Attar & Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations:
- Fragrances, oil-based attars, and similar personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
The right of withdrawal may be limited if the product seal is broken, in accordance with EU hygiene product exemptions.
If the product arrives defective or damaged, standard defect claims still apply.
Custom, Personalized & Final Sale Items
The right of return does not apply to:

Return Shipping
For customer-initiated returns:
